Aimed at providing safe, economical and easy access for the spares parts from printing machines( Mimaki, Roland, Mutoh, LFP, etc), laser to CNC routers, SIGNSBUS have been working with more than 300suppliers including factories, official agents for branded equipments, and overseas highly authorized and reputed vendors. Products cover from original parts to stable OEM parts. SignsBus is a team with 23 colleagues including sales service dept, product and testing dept, financial dept' logistic dept, order proceeding and after sales service team trying to provide one stop solution.

Service Dept

We have English, Spanish, and Russian speaking service representatives ready to respond any time 24*7 with professional intelligence and well trained skills by e-mail, calls and online support servicing more than 900 clients in the world wide, we have developed around 30% of our products to our VIP clients for multi-return purchasing. By providing professional skills, we have been solving the problems for signs equipments from printing plotters to letter making machines (laser,cnc router machines).

Financial Dept

In order to provide the best and easiest way of payments, we have been working with most of the payments methods including PayPal, Bank Transfer, Western Union, and cashing.

Purchasing and product Dept

This dept is working silently to the clients with most important responsibilities. They are selecting products and suppliers in the position of buyers, guiding the sales representatives for professional services, preceding the orders on time, and dealing the final testing step before the last shipment happens.Beside, the P & P dept have been working with technicians in factories or suppliers including Epson, Roland, Mimaki, Laser control system technicians, laser tube factories, etc. They have achieved 80% of the online-products in stock.Proceeding more than 10orders a day, we have achieved more than 1200 experienced products so far online and more 1000 products are coming soon in 2014

Logistic Dept

The shipment step is the last step on our side until the orders reach the buyers. As the parts are mostly needed urgently by the buyers, they have to select the best way for the shipment( most fast but most economical way) upon the buyers' request .We have been working with the world wide and most professional with reliable services partners like FEDEX,TNT,DHL,UPS,EMS,etc in VIP level partnership

Order proceeding and after sales support Dept

Once the goods is shipped out, this dept will contact the buyers for the detailed order proceeding issues including goods pictures and its package, documents with shipping, tracking number and estimated arrival time.
